As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and youth engagement, Seek Foundation, in collaboration with St. Britto’s Academy, organized a meaningful plantation program on 5th June 2025 at Tiny Tots, Alandur, marking the occasion of World Environment Day.
Led by the Scouts and Guides team, the initiative aimed to instill environmental responsibility in young minds. Students actively participated in planting saplings, learning first-hand about the vital role trees play in maintaining ecological balance and supporting life on Earth.
Guided by the inspiring thought, “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now,” the program not only beautified the surroundings but also sparked a deeper awareness among children about their role in preserving nature.
This activity reflects Seek Foundation’s mission to nurture socially responsible citizens by promoting eco-awareness, education, and community participation. Through such hands-on initiatives, we continue to foster a greener, more sustainable future—starting with the youngest members of our society.
